The Roanoke Hotel

Truly awesome in all regards no exaggeration. Very well kept , super clean, beds were really comfortable, the food was awesome downstairs. The shopping of the roundabout large roundabout with all the beautiful trees just totally awesome all around. You can just go on and on how cool this place is. Definitely worth the drive for Floridians living on the coast or anywhere else.

This hotel is really charming and very up-to-date. The people have done a great job renovating. I love the historical feel. I was with my three grandkids, but definitely would like to stay here with my husband. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The total hotel is upstairs.

I had a wonderful experience staying at The Roanoke Hotel one night, August 19, 2025, for business. The hotel has been beautifully renovated from its original circa 1917 period. I stayed in The Gatsby room, which was absolutely charming with its art deco theme. Loved the pictures and beautiful dresser. The shower was also great, very spacious and allowed for easy access with the glass door. As an added touch to the room, included were luxurious soaps from the Sebring Soap Company, which is located just a few minutes walk outside the hotel, off the circle. The large outside porch overlooking the circle is a fabulous gathering space and I went outside a few times to sit in a rocker and observe the activities below and in the park gazebo area. I greatly appreciated the 24-hour coffee bar too. The morning I left, I met Joey, one of the hotel employees. He was also so kind and gracious too! One note: You will need to climb stairs to get to the 2nd story to the rooms. However, there is an elevator that needs a key that you would need to either have the Irish Pub employees downstairs unlock it or make other arrangements with the hotel ahead of time. Just wanted to note that for late arrivals, when the Pub might be closed. I highly recommend this hotel if you enjoy the charm and beauty of a historic hotel that has been beautifully renovated! The entire HGTV crew did a beautiful job renovating the entire circle area. I look forward to staying again sometime in the future!

What a joy to stay in this historical hotel. Our room was very comfortable, extremely clean and totally quiet from the outside noises. We enjoyed two evenings on the veranda looking out over the park in the circle. We are looking forward to another visit.

Our first stay was amazing. The location is perfect for the new downtown Sebring vibe. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the veranda enjoying a drink and the Sebring circle. Our room was small but absolutely beautiful. The bar at the hotel was only open on Fridays and Saturdays which is perfect for us. Cindy was our bartender and was such a great host and fun. Thank you Bob and Joey for an amazing stay, we will be back.

Great Customer Service!! Very Clean and right on the historic downtown circle. The hotel is on the second floor. The coffee bar was delicious and balcony with 2 firepits was so cozy in January when we stayed there.

This is a perfectly beautiful boutique hotel that smacks of hospitality! We went for a two-night stay with two other couples. Each room is decorated in its own unique way. We chose the Halo room and loved it! We found the bed to be very comfortable and they attention to detail was much appreciated. The porch is available to people staying at the hotel. It was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or visit and play games in the evening. We were also there on a Friday night when the bar is open. It is as fun as it is beautiful in there absolutely! Highly recommend!

The Roanoke Hotel was an a great experience for me and my significant other. We stated in the Ridgewood forest room and were blown away by the charm of the building as whole, but more specifically in the inside of the hotel and the rooms. The room had a gorgeous canopy king size bed, that was so soft and comfortable. The location is great with several restaurants, bars, shops, and a little park located within 50 feet, as well a Lake Jackson like 2 blocks away. We had dinner at the Irish pub downstairs which was also very good. The AC was amazing and had the room nice and cold and the area itself was very quiet and calm after things closed down. The hotel manager / owners was very nice and friendly, as well as the house keeping staff. Would definitely recommend.
